Meet Dave.
Dave Kessler formed Latitude Development for the purpose of pursing built-to-suit development opportunities.
Dave is northwest born and bred. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1990 with a BS in Building Construction, Dave has garnered over 30 years of construction and development experience.
By 1997, Dave had managed construction of more than 1.2 million square feet of industrial and office buildings with Opus Northwest. He went on to develop 1.3 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and office projects as a development lead before starting his own development firm.
Since 2002, Latitude Development has development over 1 million square feet of retail, office and industrial projects.
